Eventually, before I die - I would like to open up and run my own bakery/cafe OR restaurant!
I imagine my bakery/cafe to look something like Meryl Streep's did in "It's Complicated"
And as far as restuarant goes ... I'm still drafting ideas in my head :) I think I have to narrow down what I'd serve before I begin to think of a design for it.

If there were a culinary program near me, I might consider it. Right now my husband is finishing up his degree at UTB and God willing should graduate this December. After that we are hoping he's able to find a job somewhere in central Texas and we'll move. Then it'll be even more likely that I'll get to go to a culinary or pastry school of some sort! :)
