"DQ, that's what I like about Texas!"

Ah, those strawberry cheesequake blizzards never seem to dissapoint. Lol. Needless to say, I was able to get one just before work yesterday - and man was it tasty! Also, I probably don't need to point out the fact that I went to get a blizzard yesterday (in February) - it's practically summer here!

I tell you it's hard for me to keep up with blogs. To me its like a journal: I can successfully start and continue a journal for some time, but then an exam or two come up and it throws off my whole routine. And for the past week, things have crossed my mind and I've thought 'Hey, that might be something to write about in my blog' but alas! Nothing. No entries. LOL. Sorry.

But anyhow - latest news right? Well nothing to major, except everybody seems to be in dire need of about $1,000. lol. Danny and I need that for a down payment/date holding for the photographer of our dreams, Audrey needs it to enlarge her "car fund", my dad needs it to sleep at night, and my mom needs it to finish paying off the van (which I'm sure she completely forgot about).

Audrey and I were finally able to come up with a menu for the week to avoid many trips to HEB during the week resulting in late dinners. Yay for us! And I was able to make My Carrrot Cake on Sunday - this time I put the batter into mini-bundt and little bundt pans! They look so cute! And well, naturally there are no more mini's left in existence! They're all gone! And there are only 3 of the little bundt's left. But I thought it'd be good to bake them that way to take to parties or pot-lucks, you know keep everything kinda small instead of cutting up a huge cake. And they can always be frosted! I didn't frost ours because neither me, Audrey, or my dad are too into the whole frosting thing - too much sugar! lol, it ruins the cake! (for us anyways)

Bills, bills, bills. We are almost at the point of actually owning the PS3! I'm one payment away! And then I can focus on paying off the dress the rest of this semester, and saving my paychecks that I get this summer.

I guess that's all for now. I might check in later or tomorrow, or hopefully sometime this week and rant about why girls wear the weirdest shoes to school, or mesh backpacks! lol.
